European Weekend in Torino
ABSOLUTELY is proud and excited to invite you to the 4th edition of the EWE, the European Week End!!
After London 2006, Madrid 2007, and Berlin 2008 the whole ESCP Europe community is coming from the 5 campuses, to gather in ONE campus: Torino in 2009, on April 17-18-19th!!!
The Week-End to discover Torino and its campus, and to meet and party with the whole ESCP Europe Community.
Here is the programme:
- Friday night: welcoming of the students arriving from the four campuses
- Saturday: Garden Party Cocktail and Gala dinner in a prestigious place Dancing time!
- Sunday: Picnic - Spare time to visit Turin
Absolutely is also very honoured to host the announcement of the nominees for the Prize of the Alumni of the Year during the Gala. Absolutely
Absolutely is the only association at ESCP Europe which is present on all 5 campuses of the school: Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris and Turin. This is represented by its 5-color chameleon, which reinforces the image of European diversity united under a single symbol: "United in Diversity".
Absolutely’s objective is to promote ESCP Europe’s European values and policy by creating links between students all through their time at the school despite the distance separating the campuses. Absolutely creates a single, unified School spirit through events taking place simultaneously on all campuses, encouraging everyone to come and share their experience.
Year after year Absolutely successfully organized a mentoring system between students in the European tracks, a European Week-end (in London the first year, then Madrid and Berlin), various events to animate the School life, and cooperated with the BDE to write the European Polardo, a real "survival guide" for newcomers to each of ESCP Europe’s host countries.
Every year, Absolutely’s biggest enterprise is to help people discover one of the campuses and its city by organizing one of the major events of student life in the School: the European Week-End (EWE), which includes, among other activities, a garden party on the campus itself, a fabulous gala dinner in a prestigious restaurant and great parties all through. The 2009 edition of the EWE will take place in Turin.
Absolutely today has 50 active members throughout Europe and grows every year, recruiting students coming from all 5 campuses of the School, of course. They constitute and maintain an efficient network among the student community of ESCP Europe as well as among the Alumni and their faithful corporate partners.
