Executive Education

The General Management Programme (GMP) has as a primary objective to provide participants with the cross functional knowledge and managerial skills required to become a more effective manager. It aims to provide a 'helicopter view' on the main managerial disciplines and equip participants with an understanding of the driving forces of the business environment and organisational behaviour.

The General Management Programme (GMP) represents the 9 core courses of the European Executive MBA, this allows participants to progress on to the Executive MBA by attending seminars, electives and completing an International Consulting Project during the following year.

• Corporate Finance  (12 hours)
• Marketing  (24 hours)
• Cost Accounting and Management Control (12 hours)
• Operations Management   (12 hours)
• Organisational Behaviour (24 hours)
• International Business Law (24 hours)
