General Management Programme

The ESCP Europe General Management Programme welcomes participants from diverse educational backgrounds and from all sectors of industry – from pharmaceutical and cosmetics to steel and automotive.

The selection process at ESCP Europe ensures that we maintain this diverse mix, as it helps contribute to an extensive exchange between participants throughout the programme. During the course we constantly build on this diversity to enrich its cultural dimensions as well as the participants' knowledge of international business  practices.

The GMP is an excellent qualification for professionals with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience with decision-making responsibilities, whose next career step implies broader responsibilities within a managerial position.
