Corporate Strategy
Course length: 24 hours
This course is designed to give participants an understanding of the strategic issues that structure their action as managers, consultants and/or leaders. At the end of this course, participants will be able to make a strategic diagnosis based upon the analysis of the competitive environment and the identification of the strategic capability of their organisation.
Key points:
- an introduction to strategy,
- the strategic position: analysing the environment, resources and capabilities, expectations and purposes (corporate governance, cultural web, etc.),
- strategic choices: corporate level strategy, business-level strategy, directions and methods of development (alliances, mergers and acquisitions, diversification, etc.),
- strategy implementation: organising, strategic enablers, strategic change.
