European Executive MBA

Profiles

"For me, the European Executive MBA was the best choice to gain truly international MBA experience without interrupting my professional career. This part-time programme offers courses at five European campuses in Paris, London, Berlin, Madrid and Torino as well as in China, Brazil, India and in the USA. This internationality brings together participants from different cultures - offering great networking and exchange opportunities, both on business and personal levels.

The programme has definitely broadened my perspective on business management and improved my problem-solving skills, especially in the context of managing multinational teams. The learning and teaching environment has encouraged me to step outside of my comfort zone and significantly contributed to my personal development. I have learned to face challenges with new creative approaches and now turn them into opportunities.

Before starting the program, I have not expected the great influence on my career progress and enhanced recognition from the external labor market I enjoy today."

Malgorzata Czajkowska, Class of 2011
Manager Working Capital, ALBA Group plc & Co. KG

"When I joined the European Executive MBA, I was working for 3M France as a Financial Analyst. The MBA strengthened my international business skills and opened the door to new career opportunities.

Less than one year after receiving my degree, I joined the SGL Group in Germany as Corporate Controlling and Development Director. With its service network covering more than 100 countries, the SGL Group is truly a global company. in 2011, I was named CIO of the SGL entity in France.

I'm working now in a multicultural team characterized by an open-minded culture and mutual respect."

Jérôme Leveau, French
Class of 2007
Company: SGL Technic SAS France

"When I started at ESCP Europe I wanted to develop a broader set of management skills and also to have a truly international professional perspective. The European Executive MBA gave me the amazing experience of working on five campuses across Europe with faculty and participants from a wide range of national and cultural backgrounds. The hectic schedule of working and studying at the same time was intense but motivating.

I feel now that courses such as Organisational Behaviour and Marketing have greatly helped me to further develop my management skills. Through projects and electives I gained the tools to shift to another position inside the company.
The biggest benefit of my experience at ESCP Europe is the confidence in my ability to solve business problems. It also gave me an incredible personal and professional international network."
