European Executive MBA

EEMBA's Berlin Track

Since 2009, ESCP Europe is offering a Berlin Track within its Executive MBA programme portfolio. Participants will complete all Core Courses at the ESCP Europe Berlin Campus and add to their knowledge a optional module in Eastern Europe. This offer is an extension of the existing tracks in Paris, London, Torino and Madrid as well as the Itinerant Track spread over all five campuses.

The Berlin Track’s part-time structure is fully compatible with an executive’s schedule and requires a minimum of days off work. The Core Courses at the ESCP Europe Berlin Campus take place within three intensive weeks.

As described in more detail in the brochure, in addition to the 9 Core Courses, participants are expected to attend 12 Electives (to choose from a portfolio of 36 distributed at our five campuses) and 5 International Seminars (in North America, Northern Europe, South America or Asia). They will benefit from our inter-campus structure as well as from our international student and alumni networks. At the end of the programme, the International Consultancy Project (ICP), equivalent to a Master's thesis, will show the student's learning progress.

Testimonial

Rafal Szczap, 33, European Executive MBA Class of 2007

"My experience at ESCP Europe was indeed one of the most exciting phases of my life. My objective was to develop a broader set of management skills and also to have a truly international professional perspective with a focus on leadership and marketing activities. While I achieved this objective I gained much more! The people I met during my time at ESCP Europe gave me a wonderful forum and opportunity to exchange ideas and to gain insights in a huge variety of cultural backgrounds, experiences from different industries as well as different methods and solutions. I feel now that courses such as Organisational Behaviour and Creativity have greatly helped me to further develop my management skills.

I am still in contact with my classmates. We had very creative, inspiring, intensive and full of fun time spent together. We formed a very strong network because of the modular nature of the programme, and this hugely enriched the learning that was shared between participants based on their own experience. Today, the technical and personal skills as well as the participation in the network are important assets in my new position as the Sales Director for Alcatel - Lucent Poland.

I think that the Berlin MBA Track with its focus on Central and Eastern Europe is an excellent innovation and completion of the European Executive MBA. I would have loved to study in a dynamic and culturally rich city such as Berlin and learn more about our Central and Eastern European neighbours."
