The objectives of this course are to present, in the current competitive context, the main operational issues for companies, to describe the major approaches to improve operations performance, to present the different tools related to those approaches - their objectives, their principles and the conditions of their implementation – and to present the key management attitudes and tools to steer the continuous improvement process.
