Organizational Behavior

Course length: 24 hours

After attending this course, participants will be able to perceive most of the social, cultural and psychological dynamics existing and developing within organizations and to understand the various dimensions of their managerial roles within organizations, in order to develop their added value in the work and team processes.

They also will be able to analyze work situations using a large span of skills, methodologies, grids and tools, in order to enhance their manager’s effectiveness, and efficiency.

Finally, they will improve their ability to act as permanent change agents and identify clearly their own ways of managerial and leadership development.
