ESCP Europe > Berlin > Programmes > Executive Education > General Management Programme > From GMP to EEMBA
The GMP is an integral part of the European Executive MBA (Berlin Track), constituting its 9 Core Courses. This allows participants to progress to the Executive MBA by attending its 5 International Seminars and 12 of its Electives, and also by completing an International Consulting Project, over a period of 18 months. Both - the tuition fees that have paid for the GMP and the academic credits obtained - will be validated for the Executive MBA.
“The General Management Programme gave me the platform and tools to develop a broader set of management skills. Today, my confidence in my own ability to solve business problems is constantly growing. As a further result, my ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines while balancing my day-to-day workload has significantly grown. In order to further my personal development, I have decided to continue with the European Executive MBA. This great experience of learning and working on five campuses across Europe, with faculty members and participants from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, will also expand my network and give me new perspectives”.
