Internships & Graduate Recruitment

All of ESCP Europe's Master programmes hosted at the London campus include a compulsory in-company placement lasting a minimum of 12 weeks. Exposure to real-life business culture builds upon the skills and knowledge acquired during the taught part of each student's programme in order to further develop their profile as a potential international manager.

Although they are supported by our Careers Service team, students are expected to take the internship search into their own hands. We run a careers education programme each semester which outlines the skills and processes needed by students to secure internships and full-time hire positions in a wide range of industries.

The Careers Service team work closely with our corporate partners to help coordinate the placement of students in internship positions. If you decide you would like to advertise your vacancies to our students, we can help by:

• Advertising your vacancies for internships and graduate recruitment programmes free of charge
• Arranging opportunities for you to meet students
• Providing students with information on your company and helping to raise your recruitment profile on-campus 

We do not pre-select candidates for you as we feel each company knows its own preferred profile and recruitment needs best. However, we will assist in the recruitment process in any way we can.
