Our MBA electives tap into the world-class expertise of the ESCP Europe faculty in order to serve three distinct ambitions:

We particularly insist on soft skills. Self assessment tools, coaching sessions and leadership courses enable participants to bridge theory with practice and to build a truly executive perspective on management topics.

Elective courses
Electives are 12-hour courses designed to complement core courses. Each EMBA participant chooses 12 electives from an extensive portfolio enabling them to personalise their curriculum and focus on either a specific management skill or a variety of skills to reinforce and enhance their knowledge of different management areas.
