This Specialized Master is designed for financial engineers working in investment banking, consultancy and business lawyers. The body of participants is characterised by its diversity in terms of  professional experience and academic backgrounds: financiers, corporate lawyers and business lawyers.

The Executive Specialized Master in Financial and Fiscal Engineering lies at the crossroads between business law and finance.

The course reflects recent trends in corporate finance and law. The aim is to develop corporate finance specialist and lawyers able to work in investment banking, in consultancy or as business lawyers.

Annie Médina is an Emeritus Professor of Law in the Department of Economics, Law and Social Sciences at ESCP Europe.
She holds a doctorate in Law as well as a Post-Doctoral Qualification to Supervise Research in Law (Habilitée a diriger des recherches). She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1976. Professor Medina is member of the academic board of the National Institute of Labour, Employment and Professional Training (Institut National du Travail, de l'Emploi et de la Formation professionnelle).
