This Masterclass concentrates on developing a new attitude to marketing practice, one that questions and challenges, redefining conventional wisdom by identifying opportunities to deliver value and differentiation in all elements of the marketing mix and across multiple strategic levers.
Using practical examples and exercises involving global and regional markets, the role of brands in a post-digital world is explored from the perspective that value creation begins with, and is driven by, customer experience and benefits. The direct link is made between building brand identity and equity and the delivery of business and shareholder value.
