European Academic Director of the Master in Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Innovation (MSc)

Florian Lüdeke Freund holds the chair of Corporate Sustainability at ESCP Europe Berlin and is European Academic Director of the Master in Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Innovation.

His research deals with corporate sustainability, sustainable entrepreneurship, business models, and innovation.

Prof. Robert Sheldon


Academic Director of the Master in Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Innovation, Paris Campus.

Robert Sheldon is an Associate Professor in the Entrepreneurship Department and member of the Jean-Baptiste Say Institute at ESCP Europe. His research deals primarily with three problem areas related to innovation and entrepreneurship.

Professor at ESCP Europe, Berlin Campus

Sylvie Geisendorf holds the chair of Environment and Economics at the Berlin Campus.
She is the European Academic Director of the Master in International Sustainability Management programme. In addition, Prof. Geisendorf is Scientific Director of the Research Center on Sustainability: Business and Society - Towards a Sustainable World.

Olivier Delbard is Professor at the department of Economics, Law and Social Sciences at the Paris Campus. He is specialized on CSR and has written several books on it. In addition, Prof. Delbard is the Sustainability Coordinator of ESCP Europe and Academic Director of the Master in International Sustainability Management, Paris Campus

Prof. Dr. Julien Schmitt


Associate Professor ESCP Europe, Paris Campus

Prof. Dr. Julien Schmitt is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Paris Campus of ESCP Europe.
His main research interests and expertises deal with the subjects of in-store consumer behavior. In particular he analyzes the relationship between in-store consumer actions and behaviors and their purchases. He also works on the topic of marketing and sustainability and attempts to better understand how consumers take into account this dimension in their consumption choices and how firms can develop routines and processes to be durably more sustainable.

Dr. Philip Meissner


Professor at ESCP Europe, Berlin Campus

Philip Meissner holds the Chair of Strategic Management and Decision Making and is European Academic Director of the Master in Strategy and Digital Business.

His research focuses on Behavioral Strategy and Scenario-based Planning. Especially, he analyses the role of cognitive biases and emotions in the strategic management process and designs methods and tools to improve decision processes in organizations.

Marion Festing holds the Chair of Human Resource Management & Intercultural Leadership at the Berlin Campus.She is Academic Director of the Talent Management Institute (TMI) and of the Excellence Centre of Intercultural Management (CIM).

Her areas of Expertise in research and teaching focus on international human resource management (main focus: strategies, compensation, careers), global leadership, strategic human resource management, intercultural management and globalization processes.
