General Management Programme

Programme Overview

The primary objective of the General Management Programme (GMP) is to provide participants with the cross-functional knowledge and managerial skills required to become more effective managers. It aims to provide a 'helicopter view' of the main managerial disciplines and equip participants with an understanding of the driving forces of the business environment and organisational behaviour, with a special focus on Eastern Europe.

The General Management Programme represents the nine Core Courses of the ESCP Europe European Executive MBA. This allows participants to progress to the Executive MBA by attending seminars and electives and by completing an International Consulting Project during the following year. There is also the opportunity to enrol in the Central European MBA Programme. This allows participants to deepen their Eastern European orientation.

The course covers the following subjects:

In addition, participants create a unique network of peers, coming from diverse educational and professional backgrounds, which not only enhances the learning experience but also provides the opportunity to generate new business and long lasting friendships.
