Admission Process

The applications process for the September 2012 intake has now opened. You can begin your application by clicking here.

A previous Master degree, BA/BSc Honours, Maîtrise, Licenciatura or equivalent in any non-management discipline (e.g. engineering, law, political sciences, literature, languages, architecture, sciences, etc.).

Admission sessions take place from January to July for the September intake and September to November for the January intake. Candidates who are interested in the Master in European Business can only apply to ESCP Europe collectively once per academic year (i.e. it is not permitted to apply to both the Paris and London in the same year), and are required to complete the following steps:

 

  1. Complete the online application form. Please ensure you take plenty of time with this form and answer all the questions therein as fully and thoughtfully as possible.

  2. Please ensure that all required supporting documents are scanned and uploaded during the online application process. Please note: you will still need to bring the originals to your admission interview.


     You must send/upload scans of:

    • The original or certified copy of your degree certificate
    • The original or certified copy of your grade transcripts covering all years of university study
    • Two references (one of which must be academic). These must be submitted or requested via our online application system.
    • A current CV
    • GMAT, Tage-Mage, GRE or PAEP certificate, or complete an SHL alpha-numeric reasoning test (please click here for more information)
    • A photocopy of your passport or identity card
    • An English language certificate for non-native speakers who have not studied their degree in English. We require the following minimum scores on the tests: TOEFL written test: 600; TOEFL IBT: 100; TOEFL computer-based:250; IELTS: 7.
    • Candidates without any language qualification certificates can be tested at our campus the same day of the interview
  1. Applicants whose applications are accepted will be invited to sit the on-campus admission tests which include:
    • A personal interview, which plays an essential role in assessing candidate’s abilities and motivation for the Master in European Business programme
    • If necessary, language proficiency tests which include an assessment of your writing, listening and oral skills
    • An application fee of £130*, which must be paid online on submission of the application itself
  1. Admission decisions are sent out by post within three weeks of your interview having taken place. Applicants who are offered a place must confirm their acceptance in writing by the deadline indicated in the offer letter. A non-refundable deposit of 2,000 EUR is required to secure a place in the programme once admission has been granted. This amount is deducted from your total tuition fees.

  2. In exceptional circumstances, candidates unable to attend interviews on-campus because of distance, current employment outside of Europe, etc., can opt for a webcam interview instead.
