Summer Course Sessions

General Management Training sessions

These are joint sessions, with participants coming together to benefit from a comprehensive and intensive general management education.

An extremely practical and interactive course, the GMT will allow you to experience different business solutions in a short time span and in a safe learning environment. You will then be able to replicate this in your future working environment.

You will be presented with a real-life case study which will be used to take you through the complete turnaround of a company. By analysing the different elements involved in the problem-solving process, you will get a better understanding of how your decisions affect overall company results.

In order to solve the various aspects of the case, you will engage in group work, group discussions and presentations. You will learn the impact of asking the right questions and gathering the right information to solve the problem at hand. This will be supplemented by cutting edge communication techniques, helping you to communicate clearly, make an impact and influence your audience.

These common sessions include guest speakers and company visits appropriate for all three courses.
