General Management Programme

Overview

The primary objective of the General Management Programme (GMP) is to provide participants with the cross-functional knowledge and managerial skills required to become more effective managers.

It gives an overview of the main managerial disciplines and equips participants with an understanding of the driving forces of the business environment and organisational behaviour.

The GMP is an integral part of the Executive MBA, with the curriculum comprised of the Executive MBA's nine core courses. This allows participants to progress smoothly to the full MBA qualification in the future should they decide to continue their executive education journey at ESCP Europe.

The GMP is a part-time programme and fully compatible with an executive schedule, requiring a minimal number of days away from the office.

There are four available tracks on the GMP:

  • Itinerant
  • Paris
  • Berlin-London
  • Turin

The Induction Seminar in Paris (optional)

The ESCP Europe GMP starts with an optional but highly recommended Induction Seminar. It consists of 2,5 days on "Problem Solving and Decision Making".
