Corporate Relations

The International Consulting Project (ICP) is an integral part of the pedagogical dynamic of the European Executive MBA. The ICP is designed to provide participants with a collaborative, multi-disciplinary and often intercultural work experience on a real-life strategic challenge and to put into practice the concepts and theory acquired during the MBA.

Participants are expected to perform an in-depth analysis of a situation or an issue faced by a company. This project allows participants to use and to consolidate their understanding of the concepts and tools taught during the programme in a business context.

• to provide participants with a collaborative, multi-disciplinary and often multicultural work experience on a real-life strategic challenge.
• to put into practice the knowledge and skills acquired during the MBA with the support and guidance of an ESCP Europe Faculty member.
• to compose a research and analysis based project on the concepts and models taught in class, which will lead to a report containing recommendations that can be implemented by the company.
