The organisational structure is designed in three parts in order to reflect the demands of the ESCP Europe community. The association is led by a board of 21 elected volunteers who define strategic themes and oversee their implementation. A team of 13 paid staff run the operations from Paris, London and Berlin. Finally, some 700 volunteer delegates and specialists, covering 200 special interest, social and geographic groups, knit the ESCP Europe Alumni network closer together via the events they organise worldwide.
