Recruiting high potentials
"We only look for high potentials fluent in German, French and English. At ESCP Europe we find many such candidates. Until now, our experience with ESCP Europe graduates has always been positive."
Beate Ellrich, Head of Executive and Human Resource Development at TOTAL Deutschland GmbH
The Recruiting Days is the career fair of ESCP Europe's Berlin Campus. It offers companies and students the opportunity to meet personally. For ESCP Europe students it is the unique chance to meet their German top employer and effectively prepare their job entry. Knowledge about companies shortens the application process and gives more time to study for exams.
We focus on the quality of contact. For allowing an intensive meeting, we work with a focused talent market time slot and recruiting tools:
· First-round interviews in separate rooms
· Invitation-Only round tabel discussions
· Company speed datings
· Workshops
· Network Events
New this year: Our special package "Employer Branding" for more visibility of your company
Companies choose their top talents from our online yearbook. We are happy to support selection and organization processes.
