This workshop helps you to learn how your personality fits into one of the nine Enneagram types that reflect how you are and how you view the world, as well as to discover the ways in which the people around you, at home or at work, differ in their view the world, according to their personality type.

The Enneagram is a system which shows there are nine different ways of viewing the world and being in the world, which means nine different personality types. It was developed in the USA in the 1970s from universal wisdoms regarding the human psyche. It is now taught in American universities, as well as being used in companies and by coaches worldwide.

Through the Enneagram you discover the key elements of your personality (fundamental needs, basic fears, basic desires, etc.) and also  how to understand the ways people around you function and operate.

This powerful tool for developing self-awareness and managing yourself can also be used successfully for team building and improving relationship management in the workplace.

WORKSHOP PREPARATION:
Participants are required to take the Quest Test (Quick Enneagram Sorting Test). The test takes five minutes and is available for free online.

WORKSHOP AGENDA:

• The Enneagram and how to use it
• Presentation of the nine personality types
• Illustration of the types through projective exercises with participants

By the end of the workshop, participants will have developed an awareness of the different types of personality, their different needs and expectations, and identified their own type.

Dorothée Nicolas (1991) has been studying the Enneagram at the Enneagram Institute (NY, USA) with Don Riso and Russ Hudson, two of the most prominent figures in the Enneagram world today. She is now teaching the Enneagram to groups and individuals in London.
