The ESCP Europe Executive MBA: Empowering women to aim high

Despite making huge strides in recent decades, there is still a noticable gender gap in the workplace - especially when it comes to the number of women occupying top corporate roles.

The European Executive Education Review dealt with this issue over several articles in their latest issue, including a report on page 20 by Delphine Manceau, Dean of Executive Education at ESCP Europe.

The piece reveals the results of our online survey of 40 female executives, with the results showing fascinating insight into their motivations, hurdles, and the perceived support from companies both with regards to pursuing an MBA qualification and addressing gender inequalities.

You can read the full article and explore the survey results infographic by visiting the European Executive Education Review online and skipping to page 20.
