			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="bodytext"><b>On 24th April 2012, the <a href="http://www.rcem.eu/" target="_blank" >Research Centre for Energy Management (RCEM)</a>  ESCP Europe Business School hosted a conference on the topic of  'Environmental Liability Risk: a Pressing Issue for Energy Companies'.  The event was held in London at the Institute of Directors and was  sponsored by the research topic funders, <a href="http://www.kpmg.com/uk/en/pages/default.aspx" target="_blank" >KPMG</a>.</b><br /><br />The conference was attended by some 60 professionals (including 10 alumni), academics and students from the <a href="http://www.escpeurope.eu/campus/escp-europe-campus-london/programmes-escp-europe/executive-master-in-energy-management/overview-executive-master-in-energy-management-escp-europe-london-campus/" target="_blank" >Executive Master in Energy Management (EMEM)</a>. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="bodytext">Students at the London campus hosted a wonderful evening of global cuisine on 26th April.<br /><br />International Food Night was organised to raise both funds for and awareness of <a href="http://bit.ly/IxH05A" target="_blank" >this year's trip to Uganda</a>. Providing all the food themselves, the Marketing For Change team offered an amazing selection of dishes served tapas-style for £10 per person. <br /><br />Some of the food on offer included:</p><ul><li>French quiche lorraine, tarte a la tomate, tarte aux pommes, gratin dauphinois</li><li>Lithuanian pink soup</li><li>German meat balls</li><li>Russian pancakes</li><li>Italian melanzane alla parmigiana, stuffed vegetables, bruschetta, tiramisu</li><li>Brazilian brigadeiro</li><li>Norwegian buns</li><li>Moroccan carrot and coriander salad</li><li>Asian Cabbage wraps, fried rice and spring rolls</li><li>Greek Tzatziki, Greek Salad, Greek 'Ntakos' (bread with tomato and feta cheese)</li><li>Spanish tortilla de patatas</li><li>Peruvian papa a la huancaína, chicha morada for drinking, and tamalitos verdes</li><li>Norwegian salmon on Swedish crispbread, served with Danish caviar and lemon and pickle creme fraiche. </li></ul><p class="bodytext">In total, more than £500 was raised. <br /><br />You can view pictures from this event by visiting the ESCP Europe London campus <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/escpeurope_london/sets/72157629955830077/" target="_blank" >Flickr page</a>, or by heading over to our <a href="https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.404628746234400.93069.185819658115311&amp;type=3" target="_blank" >Facebook</a>. <br /><br />*<br /><br /><a href="http://www.marketingforchange.org.uk/" target="_blank" >Marketing for Change (M4C)</a> is a non-profit organisation founded by this year's <a href="http://bit.ly/Kkbv0i" target="_blank" >Master in Marketing &amp; Creativity</a> students. M4C's objective is to help the community rely on self-created markets by facilitating sustainable and successful business models.<br /><br />Overall, there are more than 50 students from the School involved in the enterprise, supporting and coordinating activities around the project.<br /><br />In order to make this trip as successful as possible, Marketing for Change need to raise £16,500. This will take place at the Lycee Francais Charles de Gaulle, 35 Cromwell Road in South Kensington. Scoring each location based on student mix, quality of living, employer activity and affordability, they produced a list of the 50 best places to pursue an education. <br /><br />Coming in first was Paris, with London following hot on her heels.
