Diana Clarke is an Affiliate Professor for ESCP Europe (Madrid Campus) in Cross-cultural Management, Organizational Innovation and Leadership. She is a member of Top Ten, an association of prestigious consultants in the sphere of Human Resources and Management.
Diana Clarke, BA in French and Spanish from London University, is a British citizen with an international background. She was born in Venezuela in 1955, and has also lived in Brazil, Great Britain, France, Iran, Algeria, and finally Spain, the country where most of her professional career has developed.
Her experience has crossed several fields, but her most significant and extensive has been in the field of Human Resources Development and Human Resources Consulting.
For over seventeen years, Diana Clarke worked in Madrid for a multinational corporate and investment bank (Citibank, 1984-2000). In this time her roles took her in turn from developing local policies for international staff, to internal and external communications and corporate culture programmes as Public Affairs Officer for Spain and Training Manager for the Madrid branch.
In 2000 she decided to go into consulting, and is currently a partner and co-founder of Managers Studio, a firm specialising in helping organisations develop Management and Communication skills. Her particular area of interest is Cross-cultural Management and Effectiveness, Teambuilding, Coaching and Influence Skills.
During the last twelve years, Diana has developed a sound career in Executive Training for multinational companies. She is co-author of La Nevera Vacía, Gestión de Equipos en Tiempos de Incertidumbre. Diana Clarke has a number of accreditations for the use of executive diagnosis tools, and is certified in PNL applied to Coaching and Training.
