Vittorio de Pedys, a cum laude graduate in Economics, is currently Affiliate Professor at ESCP Europe Torino campus, where he has been teaching for seven years executive courses on Private Banking, Financial Markets, Corporate Finance, with particular attention to customize education for managers of several italian and international banks. For ESCP Europe, he also teaches at MBA seminars, and recently, has been lecturing at several executive management courses of Problem Solving & Decision Making. Elsewhere, he has been awarded a course in Private Equity at University of Rome (Tor Vergata), and teaches Finance at other business schools. He is completing his tutorial skills at Harvard, attending the summer 2008 Entrepreneurship Education Colloquium on Participants-Centered Learning. In his 20 years-long business career he worked in banking and investment banking, in Italy, UK and USA reaching progressively higher level positions: from Treasury (BNL) and bond dealer (UniCredit) to Director, Proprietory Trading (Merrill Lynch), to Executive Director of London Branch (Smith Barney), to Head of Finance in Banca Salento and to group CFO at Banca ICCREA. A certified financial analyst, Vittorio is also a consultant for the Italian Banking Association and an industrial firm.
