Carlo Fontana Giusti is affiliate professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at ESCP Europe. At ESCP Europe, he teaches to both students and corporate clients topics such as: Leadership, Conflict Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Communication Effectiveness, Change Management.
Out of ESCP Europe, professor Carlo Fontana Giusti is partner at Facilitation Zone, an organization specialized in facilitating organizations, teams and individuals to achieve higher level of performance and well-being. His work is mainly focused on removing the obstacles that lay between the strategy and its execution. Part of his work consists in doing executive coaching to teams and individuals.
Prior to this, Professor Carlo Fontana Giusti worked several years at McKinsey & Company, a multinational management consulting firm advising the top management of leading companies and institutions on issues of strategy, organization, technology and operations. In McKinsey & Company, he worked for Banking, Oil & Gas, Power, Media & Entertainment, Telecom and Travel & Logistic sectors on many different issues. Mainly, his work concerned strategy, organization, turn-around and business development. Before joining McKinsey, Carlo worked as a Lieutenant for the Guardia di Finanza, a military police Corps specialized on fiscal crimes.
Carlo Fontana Giusti holds a Master in Science in Statistics and Economics (University of Rome, “La Sapienza”), a Master in Business and Administration (INSEAD, France and Singapore) and a Master in Expressive Counseling and Art Therapy (ASPIC, Rome). He is currently completing a Master in Ontological Coaching (Newfield Network, Amsterdam).
