Geraldine Galindo is an Associate Professor in the Strategy, Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Department on the ESCP Europe Paris campus, where she teaches Human Resources Management.
She graduated from the ENS Cachan where she passed competitive national examinations in economics and management. After obtaining her Ph.D. in Management Sciences at the University of Paris Sud, she taught for 12 years and continued her research as a lecturer at the University and the PESOR laboratory. During this period, she was in charge of the “Management of Professional Organisations” degree course and the business development division at the IUT of Sceaux.
Her research focuses on HRM and innovation. She is interested in HRM issues in innovative sectors, and more specifically in the French biotechnology industry. She is currently working on deepening connections between modes of financing and management methods in these businesses. She also studies other forms of innovation: management practices, through the issue of the religious diversity management in the major French companies, or new tools, analysing the effects of video CVs in the fight against discrimination in recruitment.
Her work has resulted in communications and publications in academic journals and academic conferences. She is a member of the HRMA, AIMS and ESIAM associations, for whom she regularly evaluates communications. She also writes textbooks, the last of which has just been published: Human Resources Management, with F. Benchemam (4th edition), Gualino Lextensoéditions.
