Edouard Jiménez is associate professor in the Language and Culture Department at the ESCP Europe Paris campus. He teaches classes on the economic and social environment of the Spanish and Hispanic business world. He also offers two Social Science and Humanities courses, one on the political history of Spain, the other on Spanish culture.
Edouard Jiménez is also a lexicographer and a translator. He has published numerous books, mainly about the lexicography of the language of business, and translated about twenty novels written by contemporary authors (Borges, Bioy Casares, Millás, Manuel Vicent, Tomás Eloy Martínez, Guillermo Martínez, etc.).
His current research deals with Franco-Spanish relations, from a historical and cross cultural perspective, Spanish and Hispanic history, as well as the language of business.
