Dr. Jonczyk is an Associate Professor of Organisation Studies at the ESCP Europe London campus and a visiting researcher at INSEAD. She holds a PhD in Organisation Studies from the University of Geneva and a Master of Science from the University of St. Gallen. Professor Jonczyk was a visiting research fellow at MIT’s Sloan School where she worked on the topics of knowledge management and organizational learning in high-risk industries.
Claudia Jonczyk's current research is focused on network dynamics and social capital development. Her work has appeared in Organization Science, the Academy of Management Best Paper Proceedings and is forthcoming in the Academy of Management Journal. Knowledge management, organizational learning as well as gender in management and diversity are other topics Claudia has written about.
At ESCP Europe she teaches in a variety of programmes including the school's Master in Management (MIM), the Master of European Business (MEB), Specialized Masters, the Bachelor (BSc) and the PhD program. Professor Jonczyk has also taught at the University of Geneva and HEC Paris.
Before joining ESCP Europe Claudia has worked as a strategy consultant for LEK Consulting in Germany and the UK and for PwC in Switzerland.
