Hsin-Hsuan Meg Lee is an Assistant Professor at the ESCP Europe London Campus. She obtained her doctoral degree in Marketing at Amsterdam Business School, the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands (2014). She also holds an MSc with Distinction in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde, UK (2007), an MSc in Applied Animal Behaviour and Animal Welfare from the University of Edinburgh, UK (2006) and a Zoology Degree from National Taiwan University (2005). Before joining ESCP Europe in 2015, she worked as a lecturer at Amsterdam Business School and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
Meg is an expert on issues related to online communication. Her research centres on analysing social media content, with a particular focus on emotional influence and identity formation. With a strong interest in text mining and the application of computer-aided textual analysis, she employs R and other tools to uncover useful information and patterns from online data.
