Xavier has more than 10 years of experience in the development and investment in technology-driven companies. He worked for 5 years in the Silicon Valley, successively for Flextronics (NASDAQ: FLEX), the global leader in electronic manufacturing outsourcing, and JSource, which he co-founded in 1997. JSource develops embedded software solutions based on Java technology and dedicated to smart cards and payment systems.
In 2002, Xavier joined Société Générale Asset Management (SGAM) to take over the venture capital activity, following the acquisition of the incubator Kangaroo Village that he co-founded in 2000.
Xavier is an Affiliated Professor in a Master program at ESCP Europe dedicated to Entrepreneurship. He sits on the selection committee of X-Creation, the seed fund of the Ecole Polytechnique.
Xavier is also a board member of the non-profit organization « Un Enfant Par La Main », which sponsors underprivileged children.
Xavier is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and Stanford University.
