Marcos Sanz is Associate Professor of Consulting Techniques, Organizational Design and Human Resources at ESCP Europe, Madrid Campus.
He is also responsible for Human Capital Consulting in Mercer Spain since 2011, where he designs and delivers Human Capital consulting projects for diverse companies from multiple industries and sectors, as Santander, Telefónica, Banco Sabadell, la Caixa, Repsol, MAPFRE, Bankinter, Grupo Siro, Universidad de Deusto, Agbar, Leroy Merlin,Grupo Iberoamericano de Fomento, Grupo Ferroatlántica, IKEA Ibérica, Grupo Fuertes, Bacardi, Orangina Schweppes, ChupaChups. Etc.
Before joining Mercer Marcos Sanz worked for Accenture during 13 years (from 1996 to 2009) where he was Partner in the Human Capital Division (“Talent and Organization Performance” Service Line, in Management Consulting), where he was responsible in Spain for the development of two service offerings: “Talent Management” and “Technological Assets Profitability”.
In 2010 he was also Dean of Executive MBA for Madrid Campus at ESCP Europe.
He started his professional career in the “Group of Bioengineering and Telemedicine" at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, working for several international projects related to the use of IT in medicine.
Marcos Sanz is a graduate of the Telecommunications School (Polytechnic University of Madrid), he holds a Doctorate (with honors) in the same school (thesis related with Usability and User Interface Design), and a Postgraduate Management Program in IESE Business School.
