Patrick Scharnitzky is a social psychologist. He earned a doctorate in social psychology from the University Paris René Descartes and has been Professor at the university for 13 years. He is currently Affliliate Professor at ESCP Europe. He teaches the psychological approach of management and diversity.
His researchs focuse on the stereotype impact on social relations, and on the link between stereotypes and discrimination. He led several studies about stereotypes toward disabled persons and about women in business. He also runs training sessions and consulting missions for a consulting compagny in human resources. He is the author of various articles and he published in 2006 « The traps of discrimination ».
