Biography

Terence Tse is an Assistant Professor at ESCP Europe London campus. He teaches fundamentals of finance and mergers and acquisitions. He obtained his doctoral degree from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, UK.  He also holds a Masters of Arts in Corporate Strategy and Governance from the University of Nottingham, UK, and a Masters of Economics from the Universität des Saarlandes, Germany. Terence earned his Honors Bachelor of Arts in German and Economics from the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
Born in Hong Kong and lived there for 14 years, Terence spent part of his life in Canada and Germany. Since 2000, he has been living in the UK and joined ESCP-EAP in 2006.  Terence began his career as a merger and acquisition analyst at Schroders in Montréal and New York.
For several years, he worked as an independent consultant to an University of Cambridge-based biotech start-up and a number of major corporations including Laing O’Rouke and Shell.  Terence later joined Ernst & Young, focusing on advisory to the UK financial services sector.
He is the author of a number of articles in the areas of corporate finance and strategic management.
