On 19th January 2017, ESCP Europe's London Campus hosted the first in a series of roundtable discussions focused on the UK's 2016 referendum vote to leave the European Union.

The 'Brexit: What Now?' series brings together experts and commentators to address the economic, political and business issues surrounding the vote. The series is operating as a part of ESCP Europe's Bachelor in Management (BSc) programme, following Jean Monnet Module award and funding to Prof. Ben Voyer, ESCP Europe Academic Director of Undergraduate Studies.

The evening's event focused on the subject of Brexit and education, with a special appearance from Prof. Eric Cornuel, CEO and Director General of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). Eric was joined on the panel by:

The discussion was moderated by Professor Voyer, who reminded the audience that Michel Barnier, Chief Negotiator in charge of the Preparation and Conduct of the Negotiations with the United Kingdom under Article 50 of the TEU, is in fact an alumnus of the School (ESCP Europe Master in Management, Class of 1972).

ESCP Europe students and guests packed out the London campus' main amphitheatre, with many more following the discussion online via Twitter and Facebook Live.
