Defense of the first German French Cotutelle Thesis

The first Cotutelle of ESCP Europe funded by the German French University will take place at the Berlin campus of ESCP Europe  on May 28th at 2.30 pm.

A short ceremony will reward the result of an initiative taken by a Berlin Ph.D. student, Judith Eidems, and her supervisors, Loïc Cadin and Marion Festing at ESCP Europe.

Judith Eidems has written her thesis in German on

"GLOBALE STANDARDISIERUNG UND LOKALE ANPASSUNG IM INTERNATIONALEN
PERSONALMANAGEMENT - Eine theoretische und empirische Analyse
auf Basis der Dynamic Capabilities Perspektive"

Judith Eidems will defend her thesis in front of a German and a French Jury. This thesis as well as the Cotutelle Process is supported by the Germen French University.

The German Jury consists of:

  • Prof. Dr. Marion Festing, ESCP Berlin - assessor
  • Prof Dr. Susanne Royer, University of Flensburg - assessor

Note: The professorium of ESCP Berlin is not part of the jury but may ask
questions to the candidate.
