A new autonomous status for the ESCP Europe Foundation - 13th June 2012

A meeting will be held on the 13th June 2012 to make the new autonomous status of the Foundation official. This joint meeting between the Executive Board, the Executive Committee as well as the Founding Committee of the ESCP Europe Foundation, which was recognised as a public utility by a decree published on the 18th March 2012 will enable the members to hand over the reins to the new autonomous foundation.

The ESCP Europe Foundation is run by an Executive Board composed of 12 members who sit on the following three committees:

  • The Founding Committee
    Patrick Gounelle, Former President and Associate, Ernst&Young, Executive Vice-President, PlanetFinance France, Elected members of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Pierre Guenant, Founder  of PGA, President, PGA Holding; Fran├žois Kayat, Associate Director, Lazard; Bernard Poussot, Ancien Chairman & CEO, Groupe Wyeth (US).
  • Institutional Partners Committee
    Pierre-Antoine Gailly, President  of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry;  Pascal Morand, Directeur General ESCP Europe; Arnaud de Puyfontaine, President of the ESCP Europe Alumni Association; Anthony Travis, President of the ESCP Europe Business School Charity in London.
  • Honorary Committee
    Michel Barnier, European Commissionner; Christophe de Margerie, PDG, Total; Odile Quintin, Former European Civil Servant, Associate Professor at ESCP Europe; Jean-Pierre Raffarin, Former Prime minister,  Senator for La Vienne.
