Marketing Research Seminar


The first Marketing Department Research Seminar took place on Monday 1st October, 2013 on the ESCP Europe Paris Campus.


The Marketing Research Seminar consisted of three presentations and was organised and introduced by Michael Haenlein.

Keynote Speakers:


The conference covered a wide range of topics related to word of mouth, relationship marketing and homeless consumer.

Renana Peres : "On brands and word of mouth"
Fabrizio Zerbini : "Strategic fit, dyadic orientation, and product complexity: Some initial evidence about a neglected dimension of relationship marketing"
Luca Visconti : "Can poverty expand consumers’ market experience? Evidence from an ethnographic Inquiry of homeless people in Milan"
