New double-degree ESCP Europe - MIT Sloan School of Management

As part of its global perspective, ESCP Europe is launching a new double-degree.

Beginning with 2014-2015 academic year, MiM students during their first year (M1) at ESCP Europe will have the option to apply to study at MIT Sloan School of Management during their second year (M2).  MIT Sloan School of Management is the business school of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.

To be considered for the M.S. in Management Studies (MSMS) or Master of Finance (MFin) program, qualified M1 students must apply directly to MIT Sloan.  Application deadlines for the MSMS and Master of Finance program are January 15, 2015 and January 5, 2015, respectively.  This dual-degree option at two of the world’s renowned institutions will award students with degrees from ESCP Europe and MIT Sloan School of Management.

Professor Michael Cusumano, faculty director of MIT’s MSMS, underlines: “It takes a special kind of student to come to MIT Sloan for nine months, write a master’s thesis with world-class faculty experts, and undertake challenging academic coursework with students from around the world.”

Professor Léon Laulusa
, Vice-Dean for International Development at ESCP Europe, states to be “extremely happy about this new agreement, giving our students this additional possibility to study with the best academic institutions overseas. In line with ESCP Europe’s slogan European Identity, Global Perspective, the school is profoundly European at heart and its destination is the world, with its 100 strategic academic partners around the world.”
