Prof. Davide Sola at the Asia House Youth Symposium

On 1st November, London-campus Professor of Strategy Davide Sola took part in the Asia House Youth Symposium, an event put together to discuss the following issue:

"Recent events in the UK and the establishment of the Big Society Capital Bank have turned the spotlight on Youth. The Asia House Youth Symposium asks the question: what are we doing now to deal with the pressing crisis of spiraling unemployment and vast numbers of disenfranchised young people across the globe trying to access the global job market.

Asia House is bringing together a range of experts to discuss this crisis and poses critical questions for all of us in modern day society. What lessons can we learn from Asia and the Middle East and What future lies for the UK in this changing arena?"

Prof. Sola took part in a panel named 'Environment, Sustainability and Social Media', chaired by BBC newsreader Mishal Husain, and presented 'Sustainable Development: How to Make it Happen'.

You can find out more about the event by visiting the Asia House Conference hompage.
