What’s up in Executive Education at the Berlin Campus?

Summer has finally arrived and the Executive Education team at ESCP Europe Berlin looks back on a very active first half of the year. A large variety of open and customised programmes took place on our campus. International groups have enriched us with their diverse fields of interests and their different backgrounds.

Our friends from India, a group of Executives from the Management Development Institute (MDI) in Gurgaon/New Delhi came to study at our campus in Berlin in addition to sessions in Paris and London. We also welcomed managers from a renowned French film and television studio for a customised programme.  Another tailor-made programme in cooperation with our Paris campus took place just last month when we hosted international marketing experts from a leading French cheese and dairy company.  The sessions focused on a wide range of marketing topics such as positioning, branding, innovation, and communication. For the second time we hosted the Female Leadership Programme for BearingPoint. A mix of academic input, best practices and interactive training sessions aimed to train the participants on the topics of self-awareness, communication skills, negotiation and networking. Corresponding with Tulane University, USA, we organised a week on “Managing the global company” for their Executive MBA group.

When it comes to open enrolment programmes, we were also very active.  A group of the Paris based Executive Master of Business Consulting stayed for a week at our campus enjoying lectures on Intercultural Leadership, Project Marketing, Decision-Making, Teams and Diversity as well as a large number of visits to companies and consultancies. Furthermore, the Global Reward Management Programme in cooperation with Vlerick Business School took place in Ghent and Berlin, before the participants have their last module of the programme in Paris.

Many more programmes – customised as well as open – are to come in the second half of the year. Our Executive Education programmes, regardless at which of our 6 campuses they take place, always have the same objective – help individuals or companies to acquire knowledge and skills that are helpful in a management and business context. We look forward to working together with our long-term partners as well as tailoring new programmes for your firm and your teams.

Is the newly designed programme Women in Leadership, which we introduced in the last newsletter, of interest to you or to members of your team? Benefit from the introductory offer and enroll now. Learn more about the Programme here.
