Almudena Cañibano is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management at the ESCP Europe Madrid Campus. She has a PhD in Employment Relations and Organizational Behaviour from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She also holds degrees from Complutense University of Madrid, Autonomous University of Madrid and Paris Dauphine University. Before joining ESCP Europe, she taught diverse Human Resource Management topics at the London School of Economics (UK), Garrigues Business School (Spain) and The Strategy Academy (India) among other institutions.
Her research focuses on the study of innovative work organization systems, flexible working practices, human resource management and their effect on occupational health, employee wellbeing and organizational performance.
