The fourth Collective Projects confirms the success of this innovative programme.

172 ESCP Bachelor in Management students worked side by side with 23 companies selected by Réseau Entreprendre Piemonte.

After five months of hard work on collective projects, under the guidance of Associate Professor Chiara Succi, BSc Academic Director in Turin, and ESCP tutor Giovanni Visentin, second year Bachelor students delivered their presentations online.

In November, Turin Campus launched the fourth collective projects, a successful initiative based on the synergy between the ESCP Business School and the Piedmont entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Analysing market trends and assessing competitors, planning communications and marketing campaigns, and studying a product to improve performance and measure results: these are just some of the activities that involved Bachelor students in Management. Students worked as young business consultants side by side with some of the most innovative Piedmontese start-ups but also with important brands. The fourth Project, developed in collaboration with the entrepreneurial network Réseau Entreprendre Piemonte, confirmed the success of the learning by doing approach. The ESCP students had the chance to apply what they learned in class in real company-based projects.

From energy efficiency to tourism, from digital to fashion and e-commerce, the companies involved operate in the most varied economic sectors, and are mainly based in the Piedmont area. Twenty-seven teams worked closely with the 23 companies selected by Réseau Entreprendre Piemonte with the aim of combining managerial training and the development of entrepreneurship. With the shared tools of Project Management and verification of their work progress to increase professionalism, students were able to share constructive experiences and personal growth, while acquiring practical, managerial and leadership skills.

At the same time, companies benefited from the energizing contact with ESCP young talents: aspiring managers belonging to Generation Z and with very diverse backgrounds, from all over the world, who brought their own fresh and multicultural approach to the companies with which they were partnered. So successful is this partnership that it can lead to talent acquisition by the hosting companies.

We strongly believe that theory is nothing without practice. That is why such beneficial and collaborative projects are strongly promoted by ESCP Business School.
