More than 20 days of in-company experiences, meeting top managers and tasting products in beautiful territories like Piedmont, Tuscany, the Italian Food Valley (Parma, Modena, Reggio Emilia) and Champagne Region.

Of particular interest is “Chef for a week” in partnership with ALMA International School of Italian Cuisine in Parma where you will learn directly from great culinary masters how to manage complexity and unleash creativity (see the section "Chef for a week" with ALMA for details).

The company visits will build a bridge between the ESCP Europe Business School and the Business World, by accelerating the learning-by-doing process and giving unique opportunities to swap ideas with excellent managers and entrepreneurs of the Food and Beverage sector.

Professional Mission in the Food & Beverage sector

The Master in IFBM includes an internship or a first employment of at least four months anywhere in the world.
