The future of work

In light of key megatrends such as technology, globalization or demographic change, labour markets and jobs across countries and industries will undergo major transformations in the next years and decades.

Practitioners, academics, think tanks and policy makers are fueling engaging discussions about what the future of work might look like and how different actors can shape it. This talk will immerse participants in this debate, offering practical insights to understand the coming changes and engage with them.
 

Speakers Bio
 

Prof. Dr. Almudena Cañibano is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management at the ESCP Business School Madrid Campus. She holds a PhD in Employment Relations and Organizational Behaviour from the London School of Economics and Political Science. 

Her research focuses on the changing nature of work and its connection to employee experiences. She has studied innovative work organization systems, flexible working, human resource management and their effect on occupational health, employee wellbeing and organizational performance.

Prof. Cañibano is also responsible for the new specialization on the future of work starting in our Master in Management (MiM) on 2021
