Company visits are a very effective way to introduce students to the business world. 
A few days ago, The Adecco Group opened its doors to more than 60 ESCP Europe Master in Management students.

The Adecco Group is the world's leading provider of workforce solutions, transforming the world of business through talent and technology. 

A group of pre-master year students visited the company headquarter in Milan to discover culture, values and organisation of the Adecco Group and to prepare for the business market.

The day started with a warm welcome and a company presentation held by Monica Magri, Group HR & Organization Director, Elena Tedoldi, Head of Talent Strategy & Employer Branding, Mirko Raimondi, CEO for One Month The Adecco Group Italy and Founder of Weeplay, and Roberto Marazzini, Head of Digital Ventures.
During the morning the students were divided into groups to take part in several inspirational workshops held by Mariangela Lupi, Head of Humanity Development & Education, Francesca Coco, International Account Manager, Fabio Andrea Rossi, Head of Digital Business, Stefano Salmaso, Sales Development & Implementation Manager, and Davide De Carolis, Head of Brands & Communications.

After a Networking lunch on the rooftop, the afternoon session of the workshops began. This part of the day’s activities, centred on soft skills, personal branding and digital reputation, was held by Ottavio Maria Campigli, Deputy Director at Badenoch & Clark Italy, Udilia Pagliari, Human Resources Manager, Lorenzo Biffi, Talent Attraction Manager, Riccardo Ranieri, Area Training Manager, Davide Cavalieri, Business Manager, Stefano Francavilla, Software Engineer, and Andrea Manganiello, Software Engineer.

The company experience ended with an inspiring speech by Manlio Ciralli, Senior Executive of Brand Management, Business Strategy and Sales, and a delicious cocktail.

This intense day at The Adecco Group was a great experience focused on imagining the future of a constantly evolving business world together.
