The ESCP experience does not end with graduation: the ESCP Alumni continue their journey as part of our huge network. After the first landmark edition that took place in November 2017, the Turin Campus organized the 2nd Executive Community Reunion in cooperation with Costa Crociere to further strengthen this strong relationship.

This year, 28 participants representing GMP and EMBA Classes from 2009 onwards, as well as different industries and nationalities, joined the event and experienced a two-day workshop on board of the Costa Magica

The exclusive event was the ideal opportunity to gather the Executive Alumni network in a charming and convivial atmosphere, and give them the opportunity to work closely with the top management of the company. This synergy resulted in disruptive ideas and innovative thinking that created an amazing value both for the company and for the whole Executive Community.

Costa Crociere top management was actively involved in the Reunion with the participation of Neil Palomba, Costa Cruises President, Mario Alovisi, Vice President of Revenue Management, Itinerary Design & Transportation and Paolo Tolle, Vice President HR. The event was also attended by Inès Khedhir, Director of the Executive MBA at ESCP, and Silvio Marenco, Corporate Services Director of ESCP Turin Campus.

On September 22nd the group travelled to the port of Savona and boarded the Costa Magica. After a tour of the ship and the company welcome and panel discussion, the participants had free time to enjoy the many leisure and entertainment services offered on board. The first day ended with a delicious dinner with the commander.

On Sunday, September 23rd, after the landing in La Spezia, the participants were transferred to Genoa to participate in the "Costa Crociere & ESCP New revenues sources workshop" at the Costa Cruise headquarters. The groups worked hard on the business case, they presented fresh ideas using lateral thinking in order to create and meet new customer needs.

The big advantage of being part of the network of our business school is the ongoing opportunity to participate in the creation of a link between ideas, people and companies.
