An event brought to ESCP by the Intercultural Management Chair.
The new Renault Chair for Intercultural Management aims to advance knowledge in managerial practices that afford full consideration for cultural diversities, and to offer the academic world a research corpus on multicultural organisation and management.

The Chair organised its very first event on Wednesday 17th October with Mouna Sepehri, Executive Vice President for the CEO’s office and Member of the Renault Executive Committee, Groupe Renault.
Global Leadership, Cultural Diversity, Women on Boards… were at the heart of this debate moderated by Marion Festing, Professor ESCP and Academic Director of the Chair.

ESCP particularly appreciates these precious moments when students can be inspired by leaders. What a chance to benefit from the experience of Mouna Sepehri to understand what makes a global leader, to better understand the keys of success of a group such as Groupe Renault…

Great lessons learnt beyond the classroom…
More open to the world, more connected with social responsibilities: this is the way management has changed and this is what we expect from future managers, future leaders.
The women abilities to hold executive positions and be member of a board are broadly recognized. Companies policy must attract female talents & be able to keep them & to promote them.

"I’m convinced that it is only by surrounding ourselves with people from diverse backgrounds who are flexible, visionary and who have a wide range of competencies, can we make this transformation successfully" said Mouna Sepheri. To discover more, click here

This event was also the occasion to celebrate the sponsorship of Class 2019 by Mrs Mouna Sepehri, MBA in International Management.
This sponsorship offers MBA students a unique opportunity to establish links with a renowned multinational company. Visits of Renault sites and talks from Renault experts and HR managers organised in 2017-2018 will continue in 2018-2019.
