Francesca Pucciarelli is an Associate Professor of Marketing and she is the Academic Director of MBA in International Management for the Turin Campus.

Previously she was a Research Fellow at the ESCP-EAP since September 2009, the year in which she achieved her Ph.D. (in Cultura di Impresa at Facoltàdi Economia di Torino) with a dissertation on the “Strategic use of CRM as a lever of competitiveness enhancement”. 

Her research interests concern three main areas: i. Higher Education challenges and evolution, with a focus on business schools' digitalization and sustainability; ii. Digital and social media marketing; iii. Tourism marketing.

As a strong believer in learning by doing philosophy, she is proposing a number of challenges and applied projects to her students, both along courses and as a mentor for external challenges and hackathons.

Francesca is also an active management consultant and she works both with international companies and with small and medium enterprises, mostly on projects concerning Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Community Management. Francesca is mentoring MBA in IM Company Consultancy Projects in a number of projects.
